Return and Refund Policy We have a 12-day return policy, which means you have 12 days after receiving your clothing item to request a return.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase must be provided for all return requests.

  2. Return Process:

    • Returns must be sent to the following address: 1967 S 300 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84115.

    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.

    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Damages and Issues:

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  4. Refund Policy:

    • If the return is due to a mistake in measurement from the customer, only a 50% refund will be provided.

    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

    • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at wearmaxwellxclusive@gmail.com.

  5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made or altered clothing items cannot be returned.

    • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage from customer use will not be accepted.

    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  6. Exchanges:

    • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
