Return and Refund Policy We have a 12-day return policy, which means you have 12 days after receiving your clothing item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided for all return requests.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the return is due to a mistake in measurement from the customer, only a 50% refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or altered clothing items cannot be returned.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage from customer use will not be accepted.
